A boy named Lag Seeing, who goal to become a tegami bachi- a "letter bee", or someone who purpose is to deliver important mail. When he was quite young, he was a letter and befriended by one of the tegami bachi Gauche Suede and he was so down upon his luck and so grateful for the attention and help that he wanted to become letter bee when he got older.
